One of the many chronic health challenges is diabetes. There are two types of the disease, one is diabetes type 1 and diabetes type 2. Type 1 diabetes is also known as juvenile diabetes or it is also called insulin dependent diabetes. This type of diabetes usually occurs before thirty years of age. The peak onset is usually between the ages of 11 and 13 years. Type 2 diabetes usually occurs after 35 years of age. Where pancreas is not able to make sufficient insulin to meet body requirements.
